A statement Friday by the group's defense committee says Rob Czernik, Garrett Fitzgerald, Nathanael Secor and Max Specktor plan to appear Tuesday in Ramsey County District Court to accept the deal.
The statement says the plea agreement reduces the charges and calls for favorable sentencing. It's also non-cooperating.
The Ramsey County Attorney's Office would only say attorneys in the case have had discussions and a hearing is scheduled.
The men are facing trial on felony charges of second-degree conspiracy to commit riot and first-degree conspiracy to commit criminal damage. They were members of the RNC Welcoming Committee — a group that advocated plans to "Crash the Convention."
The group has said the charges were politically motivated.
