KSTP's Glen Barbour reports on the 818 arrests during the Convention, 396 on Day 4, and 102 in Minneapolis. Includes footage of protester Mick Kelly who was shot at close range, during a peaceful demonstration, with a "less lethal" projectile. Barbour's report concludes with the statement, "At this point city leaders believe that no excessive force was used to secure the Xcel Center". 2:12 minutes.
