Massive police presence protects GOP convention

2:07 minutes. Includes the claim by St. Paul Police Chief John Harrington claims that, had there not been preemptive raids before the Convention, they would have been hit with molotov cocktails. Gives the number of Day 1 convention arrests as 284, with 130 Felony, 51 Gross Misdemeanor, and 103 Misdemeanor charges.
