Ways to Help/Submit to the RNC '08 Report archive If you don't see something, say something! (or do something) RNC 08 Report
READ OUR CURRENT APPEAL. Obviously the more comprehensive the RNC '08 Report website is, the more useful it will be. If you see something, say something! Or rather, if you don't see something, say something! :-)
HELP WANTED!
HELP US WITH TRANSCRIPTIONS!
The RNC Report welcomes any transcriptions of key videos on this site. If you believe the text summaries can be improved for any videos, please submit additions, particularly transcriptions of interesting quotes, so that videos can become 'searchable' along with the text on the site. Please copy quotes verbatim. All submissions will be checked for accuracy.
The Report already has all local TV news broadcasts from the week archived on a hard drive, and are following up to archive all material from each of the sources listed at the bottom of each page.
Think something is missing? Use the search engine and browse links to double-check we've not got it. Then, let us know about:
any source on our site that is not also listed at the bottom of each page - if you're on a page and the source (located immediately before the date) is not also listed in the list of sources at the bottom of the page, let us know.
individual documents that are missing, eg. a September 22nd Pioneer Press article about the RNC. Adopting a publication and monitoring it for new RNC articles is helpful.
entire sources that are missing, eg. local newspapers, blogs, video sources.
your own material that you want added to the archive, eg. your collection of RNC photos on Flickr, video you shot, diaries you wrote, etc.
any public statements, meeting minutes, or legal documents that you come across which are related to the RNC.
any academic or human rights research presented or published about the RNC.
any coming events such as public meetings, fundraising events, or documentary broadcasts relating to the RNC.
