RNC 8 press conference outside Susan Gaertner fundraiser
RNC 8 endorses Ramsey County Attorney's bid for Minnesotan Governor

From the event's press release: In what may be a shocking turn of events for anyone following the case of the RNC 8, the group is announcing its public endorsement of Susan Gaertner in her candidacy for Governor of Minnesota. Gaertner, the current Ramsey County District Attorney, is responsible for prosecuting all felony cases resulting from the recent Republican National Convention in St. Paul, MN. The RNC 8 are facing charges of Conspiracy to Riot in Furtherance of Terrorism, charges which they maintain are ridiculous and unfounded. Max Specktor, one of the eight, said the charges "show that Gaertner's ambition to serve the public is so strong it even extends into the absurd."
